Ltd.'s goal is to offer amazing flight experiences by focusing on luxury helicopter flights, the safety of adventure lovers, and honesty with them to see happiness from our valuable clients. 

We ensure that everyone who is getting service from us has a nice experience and has a great, adventurous journey. Your trust and happiness are essential to us, and this understanding sets up the environment for unique adventures in the skies of Nepal.

The terms and conditions for reserving helicopter services through Heli On Call Pvt. Ltd. are as follows: By making a reservation with us, you consent to these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment Procedure

We provide a wide range of helicopter flights to different destinations; it is better to choose your dream destination, so it's important to make a guaranteed reservation a long time before the date you want to go on one of our reserved helicopter adventures or any other service we offer. Online booking makes buying tickets in advance easier. This ensures we can meet your needs and make the appropriate plans. Medical rescue flights will be given priority, though. If there is an immediate need for a helicopter for medical rescue flights,

As a sign of your promise, a non-refundable deposit will be taken when you book a helicopter trip with us. In a way, this deposit helps pay for the whole service. In addition to the deposit, the balance of the payment is due before the flight or service starts. We request 10 to 20% of the total cost of the whole trip. You can do it through a secure bank transfer or online payments using your credit cards. When you pay the amount ahead of time, the day of your tour will go without a hitch. Ensure that online payments cost you some additional charges that are not included in the cost of the trip.

We accept payment through a limited gateway, such as an online card payment, a bank transfer, or cash payment only.

Cancellation and Refunds

We know that unexpected events can happen and change your plans. You will be charged a 20% refund fee if you don't tell us 15 days before the tour or service date that you want to cancel. This fee covers the original planning and the tools that will be used for your tour.

We are sorry, but we can't give refunds if you cancel less than 7 days before the tour or service date. This is because we have already spent a lot of time and money making sure your experience was great.

In the case of tour cancellations done by our company, we will return all your payments. For events caused by emergencies, we’ll provide you with alternative dates and activities.

Trip delay due to weather conditions 

We all know that the weather in mountainous regions is unpredictable. It is totally risky to go in bad weather. Your safety is our utmost priority. We reserve the right to delay, divert, or reschedule flights in terms of these conditions.  

Because nature is unpredictable, helicopters may have to be canceled sometimes because of bad weather. If this happens, we promise to either move your flight to a better date or give you a partial return. The choice between these options will depend on many things, including making sure that you are inconvenienced as little as possible while still following our safety promise.

Weight and Health Restrictions

The safety and well-being of our clients are the most important things to us. Because of this, all of our clients must tell us about any health problems or worries that might make it hard for them to join in our journeys or services. This level of openness will help us make sure that every passenger is safe and relaxed. To meet safety standards, people may also have to go through a weight check before the helicopter tour. This step is necessary to make sure that the helicopter's weight limits and balance requirements are not exceeded. This will ensure a safe and smooth trip.

Safety

The safety and well-being of our guests is our top concern. We have strict safety rules in place to make sure that your trip is safe and enjoyable. Everyone on board must pay close attention and follow our crew's safety instructions to the letter. You must follow these directions so that you, the team, and other people stay safe. Any failure to follow these safety rules or carelessness with them will be taken very seriously, and the service could be cut off immediately. Also, no refunds will be given in these situations, which shows how important safety is to us.

Trip Postponement due to Client Personal Reason

In the case of the postponement of the trip due to personal reasons of the client, the amount of the trip will not be refunded. In those cases, the booking of the trip will be valid for up to 1 to 3 years after seeing the case.

Insurance covers any intrinsic risk 

During the tour, we don’t provide any insurance policies to our clients. Mountain flights often have different risks due to unpredictable environmental conditions. So we don’t bear those risks, which are unpredictable. The passenger should be aware of their account. If you are traveling with your travel insurance, it will provide you with some assurance for any unpredictable risk.

Pricing and Additional costs

Even though we try to keep our prices stable, the constantly changing nature of the flight business means that our prices can change for several reasons. Any time the price changes, passengers will always be told. Also, please keep in mind that there may be extra costs if you choose to add any extra services, make changes to the deal you originally chose, or change the planned schedule. To make things clear, we tell our customers to check all costs at the time of booking.

For Charter Flights or Customized Trips

Heli On Call Pvt. Ltd. is happy to make custom requests or changes to our standard routes for people who want a unique flight experience. We can make it happen, whether it's a special event, a one-of-a-kind location, or a custom flight plan. Special plans like these, on the other hand, depend on supply and may cost extra. Our team will work closely with you to create a custom experience and make sure you understand all the costs that come with it.

Promotions and Offers

Periodically, we launch exciting promos and exclusive deals to provide our customers with more value and distinctive experiences. Promotional activities, while beneficial, necessitate adherence to specific terms and conditions, thereby necessitating awareness and comprehension of said conditions when engaging with such offers. Age Restriction

A legal guardian is required to accompany children who are less than 16 years old. Email will be used to discuss specifics like age limitations and the potential appropriateness of the trip. Before making the reservation, the younger traveler's guardians should do a comprehensive evaluation to determine whether or not the trip is appropriate for them.

Aerial Photography or Videography

One of the most exciting aspects of aerial excursions is the possibility of capturing spectacular sights and moments that will remain in one's memory forever. We maintain the right to use any images or films taken during our excursions for promotional or marketing reasons, even though we are more than delighted for our passengers to have these personal mementos brought home with them. Brochures, social media postings, and commercials are all examples of this kind of marketing, but the list is not exhaustive. 

Having said that, we are respectful of the privacy of our customers. If you would rather not have your photographs or films used in this way, please let us know in advance, and we will comply with your request regardless of the circumstances.
